April 23, 2012, CHARTS Patch 066. This patch contains the latest versions of the CHARTS HIPAA 5010 software.

Patch 065. (Modified February 29, 2012) This patch contains: 1) an
updated Federal Tax Table for 2012, and 2) a Modification to the New York
State Wage Act program to print the facility address information.
January 19, 2012, CHARTS Patch 064. This patch contains the latest
updates for: 1) the New York State Wage Act and 2) updates for required to
process New York State 5010 Medicaid Cash Remittances.

update to set the FICA limit for 2012 to $110,100, and 2) an updated

December 19, 2011, CHARTS Patch 062. This patch contains the latest updates for: 1) Closing out the 2011 payroll year, 2) setting the Medicare Co-Insurance amount to $144.50 for 2012, and 3) a program to reset the 2012 Therapy Amounts Used to Zero.
November 14, 2011, CHARTS Patch 061. This patch includes: 1) an updated ICD 9 Table, 2) Medicaid 5010 Billing Software and 3) HMO 5010 Billing Software.
October 28, 2011, CHARTS Patch 060. This update includes: 1) software required to bill Medicare 5010 required by January 2012, 2) Medicare billing modification required on October 2011 - these include the revised Medicare assessment window, the Change of Therapy form and the EOT-R form, and 3) revised Medicare rates effective October 2011.

January 2011), and ICD10 (effective October 2013).
July 6, 2011, CHARTS Patch058. The patch includes additional RHS edits for Medicaid New York Billing. This release is intended to bring the software into compliance with the Medicaid New York front end edits effective July 21, 2011.

March 7, 2011, CHARTS Patch 056. This patch contains the latest updates for: 1) Payroll Spousal Coverage and Contribution Monthly Reporting, 2) an update to include the facility telephone number and payroll period dates on the payroll check stub as required by the NY State Wage Theft Prevention Act and 3) an update to the Medicaid 835 Cash Receipts program that prints a breakdown of any Medicaid adjustments in the remittance file.
January 3, 2011, CHARTS Patch 055. This patch contains the latest updates for: 1) Updated Federal Tax Withholding Tables for 2011, and 2) an update to the UB04 Medicare Billing Program.
December 13, 2010, CHARTS Patch 054. This patch contains the latest updates for: 1) Closing out the 2010 payroll year, 2) setting the Medicare co-insurance amount to $141.50 for 2011, and 3) a program to reset the 2011 Therapy Amounts Used to Zero.
December 1, 2010, CHARTS Patch 053. This patch contains 1) an update that allows a facility to calculate Medicare reimbursement based on RUGs III Hybrid, 2) Medicare RUGs III Hybrid rates for the New York Metro area and Nassau and Suffolk Counties , 3) updated ICD9 Diagnosis Codes effective October 2010 and 4) an update to Part B Billing that as per NGS Local Coverage Determination L26884 requires diagnosis codes V57.1 (PT), V57.21 (OT) or V57.3 (Speech) as the primary diagnosis on Part B bills.
November 1, 2010, CHARTS Patch 052. This patch is the second update for Medicare Transition Billing and it also includes updated Medicare rates effective October 1, 2010.
October 4, 2010, CHARTS Patch 051. This patch contains: 1) the latest updates for NY State Medicaid Billing changes for Bed Holds, and 2) updates required for billing September '10 Medicare charges when using Transition Rules.

February 5, 2010, CHARTS Patch 046. This update contains an updated Medicaid Case Mix Index (CMI) Table. It also includes revisions to the ICD9 Diagnosis Codes that were included in the December 2009 update.

Patch 042. This patch contains the updated 2009 RHCF program for
reporting 2008 RHCF statistics, and should be loaded by all New York State
facilities.
May 1, 2009, CHARTS Update Patch 041. This patch contains a required update to the New York State and New York City Tax tables.
March 9, 2009, CHARTS Update Patch 040. This patch contains the CHARTS software required to create a Minimum Data Set (MDS) Census Roster as required by the New York State Department of Health. The Department of Health has indicated that the CMI calculation will be based on pay class as of the MDS assessment reference date as opposed to pay class on the January 28, 2009 Picture Date. The CHARTS CMI Report has been updated to reflect this and now uses field S-7 of the MDS to determine the pay class.
February 23. 2009, CHARTS Update Patch 039. This patch contains the latest updates for: 1) The New York State Case Mix Index has been updated to use the R2B date and to allow for the exclusion of residents who are on bed-hold on the 'picture date' and 2) The 'Print Face Sheet' programs have been updated to correct a data display issue.
December 15, 2008, CHARTS Update Patch 038. This patch contains the latest updates for: 1) 2008 Federal Tax Rate Tables, 2) A program to reset the Therapy Limits to Zero, 3) A program modification that allows for printing Accounts Payable 1099 mailers and 4) Revised New York State Case Mix Index.

May 15, 2008, CHARTS Update Patch 034. This is a complete new release of CHARTS containing new features and options. It also increases the capacity of the Table File and the Resident Master file to accommodate new fields.

June 4, 2007, CHARTS Update Patch 029. This patch contains 1) an update to the UB04 Billing programs that produces the UB04 form on blank paper, and 2) a new program the allows for the electronic processing of Empire Medicare 835 remittances.
