SYMPTOM:

     What are the peer group percentages for New York State QI
     reporting and how do I enter them into my system?


SOLUTION:

     To enter peer group percentages do the following:

     1.   From any CHARTS menu type ATF and press ENTER.
     2.   At Table Type 3 and press ENTER
     3.   At Enter Table Number type 26  ENTER.
     4.   At Key type the indicator number from the table below under the
          column labeled Key. 
     5.   At Short Descr type the Short Description from the table below
          and press ENTER.
     6.   At Description type a Description based on the table below.
     7.   At State type the peer % from the table below and press ENTER.
     8.   Repeat steps 4 thru 7 for each indicator.
