P-3960 I get missing and extra food supplement labels.

SYMPTOM:

     When printing food supplements, some labels are missing 
     and others are duplicate.

ISSUE/PROBLEM:

     The type of diet supplement and the times that the resident 
     receives these supplements are specified in Program PMDIET 
     (Update Resident Dietary Information). For each supplement 
     you can specify up to 4 times that it should be given to the 
     resident.

     A review of the resident's supplement requests, showed that 
     the resident receives the supplement only once during the 
     day. However, the first time slot was left blank and the 
     second time slot was filled in. This blank slot causes a 
     problem.

SOLUTION:

     RUN program PMDIET and move the time specified from the 2nd 
     slot to the 1st slot.  

ALTERNATE SOLUTION:

     Check Table File Supplement Times
     Make sure time is entered in HH:MMA or HH:MMP format
     NOTE: Hours must always contain two digits:
          8:30A - INVALID
          08:30A - VALID
