Future updates that we will be distributing to our Novell/DOS clients will be supplied on the
industry-popular Zip cartridges. Zip cartridges work like a removable disk drive and each Zip
cartridge has the storage capacity of approximately 70 diskettes. Using this technology we will be
able to get new software releases to our clients quicker and more efficiently. You, our clients will
be able to load these new releases much quicker and with less effort. You will also be able to use
Zip cartridges for your back-ups.



We therefore strongly urge you to purchase an Iomega external, parallel, 100 MB Zip drive,
and three (3) cartridges. The Zip drive is available for under $200 and a cartridge is less than $20.
To order the Zip drive and cartridges, call your hardware supplier, or any other hardware vendor.

For maximum efficiency, the Zip drive should be installed on the PC that we dial into (i.e., the PC
with the modem). Do not attach the Zip drive directly to your server.

and we will know that we can start sending you new releases on Zip cartridges.
