Q. How do I delete an MDS record?

A. To delete an MDS record, bring up the existing record as you normally would (MR, 5, 1, and the appropriate type.)

Put in the resident’s name, press enter, choose the correct record from the list, and press ENTER.)  By Verify: type D and press enter.  A message will come up on top of the screen that says ”Record deleted.”
