Q. On the census report, it says BH at the end of the line next to a resident’s name, but the resident is NOT on bed-hold. How do I correct this?

A. At ENTER MENU NUMBER, type in CHGBD  [GM, 18, 1, 7].  Type the bed number and press ENTER.  Make sure that “bed on bedhold” has N next to it.  If there is a Y, change it to N and press ENTER.  Now run the census again and see if the problem is resolved.
