CHARTS Download Instructions
for Patch011.exe

This patch contains various year-end enhancements and changes. To load the patch do the following:
NT/Novell/Windows 2000

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (ver. 4.0):

A dialog box appears:	You have chosen to download a file from this location.
	patch011.exe from www.reliablehealth.com
	What would you like to do?
Your response:	Click on Save this program to disk and click OK.
A dialog box appears:	At Save In click on the down arrow, select Desktop, and click on Save.
A dialog box appears:	A dialog box may appear stating: Download Complete.
Your response:	Click on Ok.

If you are using Netscape Communicator (ver. 4.7):

A dialog box appears:

At Save in click on the down arrow, select Desktop, and click on Save.

When the download is complete (approx 10 minutes) log off from the internet.
On your desktop double click on patch011.exe.
You will be asked to confirm that you made a back-up of your CHARTS data and that all users are logged off the system. If yes, click Next otherwise click Cancel.
You will be shown a letter corresponding to the disk drive address where CHARTS resides. If it is correct click Finish or change the drive letter and click Finish. (If you do not know the disk drive address of CHARTS do the following: Right click on your CHARTS icon on the Windows desktop, then left click the Properties menu selection. Then left click the PROGRAM tab. The "Cmd line" indicates where the CHARTS software resides; it will begin with a single letter followed by a colon.)
You will see a message The CHARTS upgrade has been successfully completed. Click OK to confirm.

The next time you log on to CHARTS you will see a message:

	You have downloaded the Year end Dec '01' update from the internet.
	Please press ENTER to complete the download process.

Verify that the update was loaded successfully as follows: At Enter Menu Number type STATDISP and press ENTER. You should see a line that reads: 1REL0011 NEW RELEASE INFORMATION. The update is complete.
When you are logged on type PGTOTF and press ENTER. At Create Table type Y, leave the rest of the screen as initialized and press ENTER.
