A single 200 bed facility (or smaller) with a maximum of 25 users can use a single VISUAL server (see "VISUAL Server Specification") for both the VISUAL software and the SQL database.
When multiple facilities use the VISUAL software, two
servers are required: one for the VISUAL software (see "VISUAL Server
Specifications") and the other for the SQL database (see "SQL Server
Specifications"). Depending on the number of facilities and users we may
recommend exceeding the specs below. Before placing the order let us know the
approximate number of facilities and users who will be accessing the VISUAL
software.
No VISUAL servers are required when using the RHS dedicated servers.
