Patch029 – June 2007 Update

This patch contains 1) an update to the UB04 Billing programs that produces the UB04 form on blank paper and 2) a new program the allows for the electronic processing of Empire Medicare 835 remittances.

UB04 Billing Program [GM, 8, 3, 3, 10]

UB04 Demand / Gap Billing Program [GM, 8, 3, 3, 11]

These UB04 programs are designed to replace the existing UB92 billing programs.

The UB04 is required after May 22, 2007.

These programs have been revised to produce the UB04 form when printing on blank paper. UB04 forms will no longer need to be loaded on the printer when printing the UB04.

Additionally, when the 'Disk or Paper UB04' field is set to 'D' (for disk) these programs will print a '132' column wide report on blank paper. [No changing of the print class is required.]
